Service Engineer
We are looking for Service Engineer to join our Service Desk team

We are looking for Service Engineer to join our Service Desk team. Your location can be at Aidon's office in Jyväskylä or Vantaa, or you can work remotely in Finland. Your primary responsibility is to work as a member of Aidon’s service operations team, delivering technical support to our customers which are typically energy distribution system operators or installation partners. To succeed in this role, you are customer orientated individual with a can-do attitude and a strong desire to solve problems.
Requirements:
- Technical or IT education
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills in complex e2e environment
- Interest in hands-on work and technical problem solving
- Good communication skills
- Fluent Finnish and English language skills
Experience in some of these gives you an advantage: Smart metering, RF or other M2M communication technologies, SQL, Python and Cloud technologies (Azure). We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all the requirements above.
