Are you looking to grow your skills in finance and HR administration within an international environment? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator to join our team in Jyväskylä for a fulltime and fixed-term position until December 2025. This opportunity is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in administrative support functions across finance and HR.
Your responsibilities
You will support both finance and HR teams with a variety of tasks
- Assisting with weekly and monthly financial reporting
- Supporting project tracking and ad hoc reporting assignments
- Monitoring accounting entries and purchase invoice workflows
- Participating in HR processes across Finland and the Nordics
- Handling administrative tasks based on your skills and interests
What we expect
- A keen interest in finance and/or HR administration
- Previous experience in financial reporting or accounts payable/receivable is a plus
- Strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage
- Good IT skills and interest in using digital tools in HR and finance
- Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
- Fluent in Finnish and English
