Client Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our international team

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Manager to join our international team. This role combines responsibilities in client relationship management, project oversight and sales support primarily to our Danish clients. You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and leading the execution of projects from inception to delivery.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services according to client needs and objectives
- Coordination of daily activities – invoicing, monthly service SLA reporting, change management
- Evaluate and report on the performance and outcomes of the client relationship including financials
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cross-sell existing contracts, generate referrals and leads
- Oversee and manage the execution of client projects from initiation through delivery
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Proactively present new ideas and solutions to clients that increase customer satisfaction and revenue
What we expect from you
- Relevant experience in client management, project management or sales
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and managing complex projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management and tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Salesforce)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in industry-specific knowledge, e.g., energy, smart metering, smart grids will be appreciated
- Fluent Danish and English skills, German is an advantage
